No. All assets submitted to Adobe Stock must be 100% created by the contributor.

NO.  You cannot submit work by other artists.

Besides, vintage photos probably won't have the necessary quality & details to be suitable for Stock.

You may not submit images for which you are not the copyright owner. Additionally, old photos rarely meet Adobe's quality standards.
