No. (Except by paying for a license: but this is likely to lead to your account being blocked forever!) 

You need to keep your original pictures very safe, including many backups, some in another building.

It's your responsibility to keep your originals on dedicated backups.  Either an external hard drive or cloud backup recovery service like Backblaze or DropBox.
