"Propriedade Intelectual"

Gostaria de entender qual critério REAL existe em recusar emagem por conter "propriedade intelectual". Subi varias fotos que fiz durante o Caminho de Santiago de Compostela e algumas fotos, até mesmo de paisagem, tiveram recusa devido a "propriedade intelectual".

Acredito que deve ter uma forma de revisão humana para tais casos. 

Alguém já teve problemas assim e se resolveu como aconteceu?

Look for posters, recognisable buildings, recognisable brands of car, clothing or shoes. Look for anything that someone else might own the rights to. If you are still stuck, please share pictures. You cannot get more info from Adobe; the humans have too many pictures to review to give time for that.

Unfortunately these criteria do not apply to most of the photos I uploaded. Some have a landscape and someone in the background walking (backpacker) and were rejected for "intellectual property" others have some signposting the Camino de Santiago (a shell) and still refused. There is no way to understand. A pity!
They will go to another image bank!
