Artefacts and noise:
The main subject is not sharp and could fill more of the image.
Your first image has noise and the woods in the background do not have a good contrast. The image looks oversaturated. The shadow and the object in the foreground are disturbing. The asset does not have a point of interest.

Well, this is a photo from my phone, you can't get rid of this noise, especially since it was taken with a zoom.

That's an explanation for the artefacts. But they still do that the asset gets refused. It's part of the quiality requirements.

and where there is a lake, I don't know what's wrong, this photo was taken in 48 megapixels in 8K+ quality

48 mega pixels and 8 k are not quality properties.

fog is fog, not noise.
