Regarding re-uploading those files to new contributor account, it's essential to ensure that you have the full rights and ownership of the content. If these files are your original creations and you hold the copyright for them, I should be able to upload them to your new account, even if they were previously on mine terminated account. However, it's a good practice to check the terms and conditions of the platform to ensure compliance with their policies concerning content re-upload from a terminated account.

I'm sure, that if Adobe terminates an existing account of yours and they discover that you open a new account with a different email that your new account will probably be terminated as well.

You'll have to decide that for yourself. We cannot say for certain that Adobe will shut down any new account that you set up. But, uploading, adding titles and keywords is very time consuming. Do you want to undertake all that work just to get blocked again? You violated Adobe's T&C's already, whether knowingly or unknowingly, so how can you be certain that you won't do it again?

I think you should take a vacation from Adobe Stock.

Submit your assets to other microstock services.

Maybe next year, you can come back to Adobe Stock.

If you follow the rules, your account will not get terminated. The problem with most is that they don't learn from their mistakes.

Taking @Nancy OShea's advice could be a good idea.
