Most of the image is underexposed, and there is a lot of noise and artefacts when viewing at 100% in Lightroom. It was pixelated enough that I couldn't be sure if it was in focus or not.
Cellphone photos are accepted, but are still held to the same high standards as photos from all cameras.
Better luck with future submissions 🙂

I don't know where this was taken. But here in the US, some lighthouses are privately owned & protected property. In other words, you might need a signed property release from the owner before you could use the image commercially.
