You have not achieved sharp focus on the largest light shade.
None of the photo is in focus. The closest, largest lantern should be in sharp focus.
Also, the large lantern has what appear to be compression artifacts. There is also noise in the photo, and the highlights are all blown.
You will find it difficult to do stock photography with a phone, but possible under ideal condifions if your phone has a very good camera. I think it will be impossible to do any sort of night photography with a cell phone and have the photos accepted.

A mobile phone, nor any other type of point and shoot camera that does not permit you to control any of the settings, is going to provide satisfactory results for night photography. You need to control shutter speed, aperture and ISO in order to get optimum results under such difficult lighting conditions.

Hello
Following on from those replies, there is quite a useful free app called Open Camera that you can download onto your phone which gives you some control of the settings. If you want to find out more, there's a good video tutorial on how to use it from this link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sa7YsVB0F_s
The tutorial mainily talks about using the app for shooting video but I've found it really useful for photos too. I'm not sure if it would be good enough for night shots but I guess it could help.

Using a smartphone for night shots is fine for Instagram and Social Media, but not for stock photography (generally speaking). The sensor size is small, and therefore noise becomes an issue in low light.
