The first file is a bit cool. It seem a little flat, more like lacking vibrancy, The second file is definitely over process. This is what it looks like expanded.

Your mobile camera will be inclined to give you the kind of result as the second photo for photos requiring depth and certain details because of the small sensor and wide aperture setting. You should take a look at some of the limitations of using phone camera for stock photography.
