Red dot "error"

I uploaded a photo, created the title, created the keywords, but when I attempt to save the photo, it displays a "red" dot on the bottom right corner and I can't complete the process.  The other photos are showing as uploaded with a green dot.  Help please!

There is still a reason, why this asset cant be submitted to the moderation queue. May be keywords are missing or the title or the property release... We can't know what it is if we can't see into your account.
