How is it possible that half of a series of photos with the same title and description is rejected (REFUSAL INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY) and the other half is accepted

Sometimes things get past the moderators which should be rejected. If these are found later, Adobe may remove the asset, or worse. Also, the title and description are not the only thing checked. Please post ONE rejected photo, with the title and description used, so we can suggest what IP is involved. It's easy to miss something, like the name on a boat in the distance, or a recognisable pair of shoes. Or sometimes it is big things, like the Eiffel Tower at night.

I suppose you had two or more moderators and some moderators didn't realize, that those pictures require property releases from the rights owners.
