Refusal related to intellectual property - adobe stock

Good morning,
My illustration was refused related to intellectual property. Do you know for which element? I looked in the stock and you can find illustrations/photos of the shard and the borough market (text included). Public places are not allowed?

The name "Borough Market" certainly cannot be used, and if any photos show perhaps they had a property release or the rules change. You cannot use the existing photos to prove what you can do without a release.. You should also avoid the shard. You can include them, however, if you have a valid release for both.

 

Having passed that I would expect consistent rejections for technical problems, however. Do you really consider this world class commercial work suitable for a multimillion advertising c
