Hello! Sorry for my English. I submitted some photos with completely blurred and worn out all logos and texts including sheet music. But it was rejected anyway for reason "DISCLAIMER OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY". Please explain whose intellectual property it may violate.

But there is no logo on these things! And in shape and appearance, you can easily recognize almost any thing. In addition, there are many photos on this resource with pianos, laptops and other equipment without logos.

I think you are assuming that logos are what makes intellectual property. Trademarks are very important, but intellectual property is anything made by a human in the last 100 years. Adobe requires a property release for anything which could be recognised by the creator or anyone else. If I made the electric piano, I would surely recognise it from the controls (see picture):

The creator might be very upset if their piano was used in an advert some other product. Similarly, the shirt design seems unique.

Thanks for the reply! Some photos were successfully verified after removing the Windows logo from a key on the laptop keyboard.
