Reject for technical issue

Somebody could lighten me about the reasons of this reject ? Maybe too much post production ?

Hi Marc,

The technical issue seem to be white balance. It seem to be a little too cool. Also the photo seem to be grainy. Using a photo editing tool these adjustments can be made and photo reupload.
