Reject Logos

Why adobe stock reject Vector logos I upload as "illustrative editorial content" while they accept the logo in jpg format? for example olympics and facebook logo etc.  And same company logos are already approved on adobe stock site.

The same file can't be both commercial and illustrative editorial.

I submitted file as "illustrative editorial". My question is why they reject my file while other contributors has similar files approved. For example if I submit instagram logo vector file as "illustrative editorial" they reject it Why?

Maybe they just have too many...
