The fish is out of focus and noisy. Also it is a bit over expose.

You need to zoom in on your files at between 100 and 200% to find the issues. You will get some tips here to help you see what to look for and correct.

I would assume that it could be because the Edges are not sharp and blurry.

It also seems that a Flash is used and many Parts of the objects are overexposed and there are a LOT of shadows.
