I would say that you have overdone a bit in your post-processing. I see some noise, nothing exceptional, and probably easy to address. I see a bit of over saturation. And I see a strange shadow around the top (a,b, d), maybe also at other places of blue. The top knob also exposes some colour noise (e) and a blown out reflection (c), that should be addressed:
