So I posted my 1st ever stock on adobe but a day later it was rejected due to some technical reasons, even though I took proper care of resolution and quality.

The shadows are underexposed and the highlights are overexposed. When I lighten up your photo it has strange effects. It looks like a painting on canvas. Did you use a filter? Doing noise reduction helps.

My first reaction is "what is it?" If a Moderator can't tell at a glance what the object is because the exposure is so inadequate, they will reject it immediately.

Resolution is not a technical issue. Any picture with more than 4Mp may get uploaded. Resolution is checked at the upload level. Technical issues is one of the quality refusal reasons the moderator can choose from. In this case, your picture is heavily underexposed.
