Rejected due to technical issues

My first submission got rejected due to one or more technical issues, have submitted 5 different images all rejected.

Any insight wellcome... Please.

The first picture is out of focus and shows chromatic aberration, the second one has colour noise, especially in the background.

I feel that both photos show color noise. The second photo also has burnded out highlights in the feathers.
