Hi All,

I have had a few images rejected due to technical details, the below being one of them.  Can anyone suggest why this might be? I had others in this collection acceted so not sure why this particular ouooy is being rejected?

Hello,

Focus and noise. You can see colour noise in the ears and elsewhere and the eyes aren't sharp.

Always zoom in to 100% or more. You can then see more of technical faults. On a screen like a smartphone it isn't noticeable, but if viewed on a large screen or printed out to a large size, then the faults become more noticeable.

Beautiful photo! Of my first 14 photos I just had 4 rejected and no response on the others yet. At least you had some accepted; I'd also like to know what's wrong with this photo...

Hi @ABrownwrites ,

In addition to the noise/grain, your image is a bit cool, and a little more details is needed in the dark area behind the dog. You also need more depth of field.

Best wishes
