This photo was rejected for quality issuses. not sure why. If anyone has any useful suggestions i would apprecatie it. If you have any suggestions on what i can do to improve my iphone 8 plus camera as this is the only camera I have.

Your upload is too small to give any useful feedback. Secondly, smartphone cameras, don't do so well in stock. It's hard to enlarge them and keep the quality. The bigger the photo gets, the more issues become noticeable e.g. noise.

SMartphones need ideal conditions to shoot pictures to be accepted by stock. Look at your pictures at 100% and 200% of size, and you will see all kinds of artefacts, sharpness problems, contrast problems etc.
