On the second photo are blurs in the sky when viewed at 250%.

Los Angeles--3.jpg - there is some chromatic aberration around the people, and the large blownout sunspot might be anither reason for rejection

For one and three, you would probably need to get model releases from the people in the picture, when they would be correctly exposed and focussed.
