Rejected for technical issues

I uploded the attached photo but it was rejected for "technical issues".

Does anybody know for what reason?

There are multiple problems with this picture:

In addition the top of the bottle melts into the background:

In addition for such a picture, I would not put in the text. If my poster has a different text need, I can't use the image.
