This image got reject within minutes of being uploaded. I'm assuming that it was algorithm that rejected it, due to the illustgration style? I'm guessing? Any ideas on how to get this through? (Note: Below inages are screenshots)

It can happen. Humans are doing the moderation. I will often upload a small batch of assets (4 or 5) late in the evening and one of the batch is reviewed within minutes. I'm on my laptop and can't make a fair critique at this time but I'll try to look at it again when I'm at my desktop.

I think it might be the skeleton's hand on the right-hand side. Even as an illustration, there should be some degree of the subject being anatomically correct.

In order to properly evaluate rejected images here, we need to see the original file, not a screenshot. What rejection reason was provided?

All assets get moderated by humans. You were simply lucky to be selected for an out-of-order moderation.
As for any question about the errors that lead to the refusal, please post the asset as submitted and give us the refusal reason as mentioned by Adobe. Please tell us also if this is hand drawn or generative AI.
I'm agreeing with @daniellei4510 that anatomically details matter, especially now as we have generative AI, producing bad anatomical details. I suppose that moderators are trained on these details nowadays.

I think it was rightfully rejected for non-compliance.
