This image was rejected due to the technical problems.
So I would like to know what is the problem in this image.
Please give me your advice.

On the small screen, it looks like a lovely sunset, but when you zoom to 100% magnification, you can see the lack of focus and noise / grain in the image. The colours are also oversaturated and and your structures are skewed and not vertical.
You would also need to scrub out the company names / logos to prevent an IP violation.

Underexposed shadows and noise are the main issue.
I think the crop should have been better. The horizon should have been on the lower third line.. Also the cut off obects on both sides should heve been removed. Also the objects are not vertical.
Becareful in editing not too create fringing (I wasnt).
