Rejected image

Hello. Im new to this community of creators. I uploaded my first image and it was rejected due to quality problems. Could someone explain to me why the photo was rejected? The moderators' message doesn't give a specific reason. Is it because of the haze in the photo? It was intended as an artistic effect. Adobe Stock doesn't tolerate such photos? Thank you for your feedback.

Because you said "image" I assume it is not a photo. Adobe does often refuse aristic effects they do however accept fog. I do not think that is an effect. The problem I see is that some shadows are underexposed and the histogram shows an absence of whites. The entire image is very soft and could use some sharpening. Also, .png is used for transparent backgrounds. This image should be .jpg.

How does someone write to Adobe and get the reason an image was rejected. Not just "Quality" which doesn't help us improve?

And you're right. Don't get too "creative" with unnatural colors.

Customers can colorize images after purchase if desired.

But they certainly do not want to color correct an image that they're paying for.

White balance should be kept as neutral as possible to reach the widest customer base.

Save the fancy camera & filter effects for personal projects. Don't use them for commercial assets.
