Please, could you tell me the reason this phto was rejected?

It was accepeted by other stock sites. I onotice lately several of photos I have submitted were rejected.

I'm assuming it was rejected for "Technical Reasons"; probably due to the blown out sky on the right side and the excessive noise in the shadows.

The shot was also under exposed. The colors are not smooth, but are in blotches.

Bellow is what you get when zoomed:

You need to zoom into your images to get the true picture of its quality.
