Greetings nedalh82637470, You must post the photograph you are asking about so the forum

members will be able to comment on the work. So, until that happens...please look at these guidelines for stock submissions offered by Adobe for new contributors to stocks. Best regards, JH

Quality standards

For your images to have commercial value, we expect them to be:

  • Appropriately lit and exposed
  • Without visible noise or dust
  • Well-composed
  • Processed inconspicuously

For more information on what makes a quality image, see The review process and Create better photos for Adobe Stock with 7 tips for success.

Please show us the rejected picture and post the rejection reason (best is 1 post one picture) and we will look into the picture and recommend the steps to take to get the picture approved.

Sometimes, the picture cannot be changed to get approved, but at least you will get a feeling for what went wrong. Sometimes, after some small or more consequential editing, the picture passes.

Please do not post too small pictures as it will be difficult to see noise or sharpness or other details in miniatures. Here, you may however watermark your pictures.

Photo is way too small to say anything.

To insert, select the picture icon, Annotation 2019-07-30 093328.jpgselect your file and insert.

Make sure the file is big enough so we can make some comments.

Did you submit a model release of all the people visible (and recognisable) in the picture?

If not, it will never be accepted.

So, this would probably be because of the horses. They are owned and protected under property rights. This means you also need a form for property rights.

Hello DJILALI, Your photograph is quite good and interesting. However, the two men riding the two horses can identify themselves and their tribe and the horses. They probably can identify the bystanders too. So, Adobe does not want these two men and their attorneys or worse coming by the main office to protest the use of their property and self-images. If you can not return and get releases from these men to publish and print their images, you can not sell them.

Please study the regulations governing this copyright law. Here is a bit of information. Best regards. JH

Here is a partial quote from Adobe guidelines regarding model releases. Best regards, JH

When to include a model release:

Whether you do a photo shoot with professional or non-professional models or you take snapshots of friends and family members, you must obtain their permission before you publish the photos for commercial purposes.

Ask yourself: Would the person recognize him/herself in my photo? If your answer is “Yes,” then you need to include a model release with your submission. Recognition can be based on external factors (for example, other recognizable people, unique clothing, equipment, or location) or personal factors (for example, tattoos or birthmarks). That’s why it’s always safer to get a model release, even for a close-up shot of a body part. If the model is nude or depicted in a sexual way but otherwise not recognizable, a model release is still required. The model release must include a copy of the model's photo ID to verify that the model is an adult.

The same rules apply for videos you upload that include actors, friends, family, or even random people. And if your video includes voices, you need a model release from the speaker.

You also need model releases for any illustrations or vector artwork based on real people or body parts. For example, you need a model release for a photograph that includes a face printed on a t-shirt or a photo portrait on a wall.

Finally, don’t forget to include a model release for self-portraits. In this case, you must sign the model release as both the photographer and the model.

You can download a model release template from the Adobe Stock Contributor portal, find it here, or route the model release for an electronic signature using Adobe Sign directly from the Contributor portal. The process is straightforward, and there’s no need to download any software to make it work. For information, see Upload a model or property release.

Download our detailed checklist to confirm that you include all the required information
