Rejected photos due to technical issues

I tried uploading 2 photos and got rejected for technical issues. I am still learning a lot about photography and "technical issues" doesn't help me a lot to learn and improve my work. Please tell me what is wrong and ways I could have done better on these two images. Also, if anything can be done by editing, please let me know that too.

Hello,

The photos are oversaturated, and too contrasty - blacks are too deep. And just a bit underexposed. The image quality itself is not very good when you enlarge. Maybe ok for a smartphone screen, but for a computer monitor, not so good.

I don't think a lot can be done by editing. It may get rejected for other reasons.
