is the reason for not accepting these images? Can you please explain:)

the first two flowers are underexposed shadows. The third flower is overexposed highlights. The last photo is the car licence plate removal needs improvement.

i made darker shadows in photoshop for leafs to stand out, I agree with roses, but tropic it really can not be like that? Which licence? On White car, I just blurred. That wasn't a problem before. Is really this one?

The blurring effect that you applied to the license plates is rather clumsy and obvious looking. Using the Photoshop Remove tool will have clearer results.

Photoshop remove tool is making mess, I don't think this is the reason, do you think without plate, completely, why they took other images with blurred plates. I've seen many of them online. I don't know, really.

Try gen fill. Or Content Aware Fill. Maybe a touch of Gaussian Blur.

Thank you, that was a Gaussian blur. Thank you for all suggestions, I didnt know that you can get rejected photo for blurred plate, Thank you.

I use it as a last ditch effort. It can be tricky. I generally use it to blend colors, not remove numbers or objects. A lot can also depend on how much you feather the selection.

It is often necessary to zoom way in and use the remove tool in small chunks.
