Can someone please advise me why this photo does not meet the quality standards? This is the first photo that i upload to the stock site and i dont have much experience on selling pictures.

Overexposed, blownout in areas, leaning verticals. You would probably need model releases for the couple since they would be able to recognize themselves.

Also, think about the commercial use of the picture. How can it be used commercially?

And model releases are required if people can be recognised!
