Rejection caused by technical problems

Dear Adobe Experts,

 

i'm new on your platform. For a first test I upload some pictures. All of them were rejected because of technical probems. 

Can you pleas ehelp me and give me a feedback to improve myself?

Nice photos but you have issues with focus and exposure. The main parts of the subject must be shraply defined. Shadows should not be black and highlights should not be white.

P1048230: Pictures taken into the sun are very difficult to equilibrate. The main issue however with this image is the framing. The houses in the background do not contrast well with the mill.

P1048431: It's a nice picture, but the trees to the left show washed out colours and the focus should be on the village. On the edit side, if you lighten up the shadows a bit and take down the highlights a small amount, it would be perfect.

P1048551: I think it's too saturated and too warm.
