Hi

The attached images were rejected due to technical issues. Could you please help by specifying what is wrong with them?

Many thanks in advance.

Artifacts due to aggressive post-processing. There are no details left over in the pictures. In addition, the elephant and the sun would be rejected on IP basis.

Inspect your images at 100% and/or 200%. If you see artefacts, do not submit.

Thank you for the feedback Abambo. I have read the attached links but the "technical issues" title is too vague. Every time I get specific feedback, it helps me understand what to look for when inspecting an image.

Regarding IP, the artists are unknown. The pictures were taken at a public park so the exhibits are permanent.

Regards

Yannis

If you can't get a release, you can't enter those items. Moderators will not accept as they cannot know if and why they are in public domain.

Feel free to ask for assistance. After some time you will get a feeling for the refusals.

Hi @Yannis98A7,

Then you need a signed IP release from the park/building owner.  It's usually OK to use public displays in the background but not as your image's primary subject as in this example.
