Exposure and cropping are the major issues that I see. Also, IP release may be needed for the golf course.
In one photo, the sky is overexposed. in another the illuminated lights are overexposed. In this photo, parts ofthe grass are overexposed.
Also, distracting objects need to be removed.
Consider sharpening the photos and add some contrast.

Hello,
You will need to make some exposure/brightness adjustments. Some post-processing is needed. 'Straight-out-of-the-camera' rarely works.

Checking 7906:
You have exposure issues as shown by the histogram:
You are missing whites (right) and blacks (left). That is the reason, why the contrast is so flat.
In addition the picture has serious composition issues:
What is the main subject?
You have that playground in the back, but that does not stand out. You have this cut-off building to the left; you could crop that out. Then you have this massive cut-off building in the lower-right corner. It's simply disturbing. The same is the case with this dark puddle. It attracts attention more than the playground.
Either you are going down and concentrating on the playground, using an attractive perspective, or you go up and take the whole complex in the picture. As the place's owner, I would be interested in both of my pictures, but not in such a composition as shown here.
I would suggest you take a moment and check your composition and then ask yourself: who would like to buy such a picture? I do not have a connection to the site, so the buildings are worthless to me (as a potential buyer). If I were a playground developer, I could not use this picture because of the small part that shows the playground. A roofer probably doesn't like cut roofs, a house builder can't do anything with cut buildings, etc. Etc.
