rejection reason:- similar images already submitted

this image was created with midjourney, i haven't submitted any human image recently, but my image getting rejected due to " similar images already submitted", many more images have been rejected like this food images , abstract and many with exact same reason
                                                                          i checked my "dashboard" and" in review" images but doesn't found any similar images 

is there something change in adobe stock policy , my acceptance rate was 80% , recently they are giving 100% rejection from last week with reason  like similar image issues in many images

I sell a number of portraits. Despite that, my portraits and most others submitted are being rejected due to being too similar. Something is broken. Email contributor support (the contact link at the bottom of your dashboard) and express your concerns. If enough people contact Adobe, maybe they will look into the issue. Hopefully.
