rejection reason?

can anybody tell me why it was rejected?

The Adobe Moderator gave you the reason for rejection, which I'm sure is "Technical Issues". It's underexposed, poorly composed, very noisy, unfocused and has a White Balance problem. Please read all of the very helpful information on the Support pages so that you'll understand the quality expectation for Stock images:

Let me just show you some problems:

• Underexposure:
  Look at your histogram, and you will see to the right (highlights and whites) no information.
  
• The whole image is out of focus, you should have put the focus on the ape's face and especially on the eyes:
  
• You see absolutely no detail and structure in the face. Together with the high noise level, I think that the picture was at the start of highly underexposed. That would also explain the very high noise level at a relatively low ISO.

Hi @ishak5F92,

When zoomed in at 200% this is how your subject looks. There are multicolored grains and other noise grains that are visible. Also for the purpose of cropping the subject from the background, the edges must be sharp, hence good focus. Low lighting and underexposure will make sharp focus more difficult as well as producing excessive noise grains.

Your photo is too dark and is very noisy.

You should also remove undesired background.
