The Adobe Moderator gave you the reason for rejection, which I'm sure is "Technical Issues". It's underexposed, poorly composed, very noisy, unfocused and has a White Balance problem. Hi @ishak5F92,
When zoomed in at 200% this is how your subject looks. There are multicolored grains and other noise grains that are visible. Also for the purpose of cropping the subject from the background, the edges must be sharp, hence good focus. Low lighting and underexposure will make sharp focus more difficult as well as producing excessive noise grains.

Your photo is too dark and is very noisy.
You should also remove undesired background.
