2. Is this a photograph of a commercial anatomy model? Or did you make everything in the model? Or something else?

This looks like a cutout from a drawing found in a book; the masking work along the edges is not perfect, but if it's a drawing that you copied from another source, it will get rejected based on IP. If you are not the original artist, you cannot sell this image.

View aqt 200% an you will see artifacts around the edges. I also assume, the image is not your property.
