Why my completely different works are rejected, with the explanation that "a similar image has already been sent" - if they are different in color and structure.
And the second question - many uploaded images have completely disappeared! They are not found in accepted or rejected ones! So where are they? They are simply deleted!?! 

Just the desire to do it at all is discouraged.

Did you make any changes in the titles / keywords of these images?

Hello. I have the same situation. I sent images. They were not accepted, with an explanation that a similar image was sent. But I did not send anything similar. There are images that were successfully accepted and were not rejected. What is the reason? Moreover, this is repeated after a certain time, at first the images are successfully accepted, then suddenly the sent images become similar.

The too similar rejections have been happening to a very large number of contributors. We are not aware as to why this is happening, but the majority of the rejections seems unjustified.

Uploaded means submitted and accepted, or only uploaded or submitted and not yet accepted or rejected?

You have a "reminder" tab, where assets are not rejected right away, but they are waiting for some curation:

Are you certain that they've disappeared? Images appear on the "not accepted" tab sorted by the date they were originally uploaded, not by the date they were rejected. It's possible that your rejected images are further down in that page.
