Rejections due to Quality

My last pictures have been rejected due to quality, it would be helpful to know the reasons.  Here there are two examples.

There are spots in the dark background in the first image.

The faces of your subjects in the second image are not in sharp focus. You would need model releases from both of them and possibly a product release for the business name on her tshirt.

Hello,

Exposure is a big issue in these shots. Lighting is crucial as well as focus. I'm afraid yours fail due to these problems.
