Photo 1: Focus, noise and a missing property release. 

Photo 2: artifacts.

Photo 3: Focus, overexposed highlights. Property release for the hose.

4: bad lighting, blown highlights, poor composition

5. soft focus; the woman would have needed a model release and perhaps the designer shoes also...

6. focus is not uniformly sharp throughout; the utensils are not sharp

168: noise and bad photoshopping and photographic errors. And additionally, the T-shirt, the shoes and the music box are full of IP violation (logo, design…)

and many artefacts due to excessive sharpening (?).
