Yes, absolutely. These people could sue, if their likeness is used in an advertisement or magazine without their permission. You would also need IP releases from all the artists owning copyright in the graffiti.
Hi @Scooby and Me,
Due to strict child protection laws, you need the parent's signature & ID also a witness's signature. Adobe won't accept your submissions without properly completed model release forms.
Print a stack of model release forms in various languages to take with you on photo shoots. Always obtain permission first. Without properly completed releases, your pictures containing recognizable adults or children are not legal for use as Stock images.

P.S. for picture 1 you'd also need IP releases for the model's hat, sweat, and for the reel of sticky tape. You cannot make money from other people's IP without their permission. I like the picture, but making money from it is a whole different ball game.

Hope that helps.

Every person that can be identified need signing a model release. But the pictures you show are not exactly street photography. Those pictures are portraits.
Depending on how the situation is, you will need also a property release for the graffiti. The tape contains a 3M logo. The cape has a kind of logo and the shirt has also some specific design. All elements that make it unusable for stock.
The Jacket in the smoker's picture may also be so specific, that it needs a release.
The skater's picture is also full of logos. As the young man is a minor you also absolutly need a release from one, best both parents.
