I was advised on the Discord channel that you have to use the "contact us" link on your account so that an Adobe rep will remove your Payoneer account from your Stock account.

You don't need to contact me -  I cannot assist with your Payoneer account request. Use the "contact us" link found in thr bottom of your Adobe Stock account page to send your request directly to Adobe.

As I indicated above, use the Contact Us link on your account page to request that the Adobe Stock Support team make the change for you. It's not something that a user can do.
