Request for clarification regarding quality issue rejection

I received a notification stating that some of my images were rejected due to a “quality issue.” I would kindly like to ask for more specific details about the reason for the rejection, so I can make the necessary improvements for future submissions.

Your image is stuck in a virus scan. You might want to upload it again. If it was just the rejection reason, we need to see the actual rejected image at the size submitted.

Something is broken on Adobe's end perhaps. Another virus scan in progress.

Obviously, there's a problem with attached files not coming through.
