You are not addressing Adobe directly here in the Forum. The participants in the Forum are also Contributors, not Adobe employees. Uploading here with an appeal to Adobe to accept your work will not accomplish anything. There is no avenue to dispute the findings of the Adobe Stock Moderators.
Your image is dark, blurry, noisy and pixelated, and that is why is was rejected.

Just to say: "request" is not the appropriate word to ask something in a friendly tone. If you are a native English speaker, it's an insult "to request" something that is not due. If you aren't, you should really refrain "requesting" something.
Wait your time. Assets are moderated in the order they ate recieved, and currently, the illustration section is overrun with generative AI. The asset you uploaded here is probably not a 3d render, but AI. You should not confound the terms.
During your waiting time, you could check the requirements for uploading to Adobe stock.

Now that we cleared this, please let me know your problem.
For a 3d render, your asset is impressive. Make sure, that you did not post it as generative AI, as this will hurt your search position, as such, eventually your sales.

Thank you for reaching out to me regarding the issue with my submission on Adobe Stock. I appreciate your willingness to help me clarify the matter.I did submit my 3D render as an illustration, but it hasn't been moderated yet.
It's good to know that waiting times and I understand that the high volume of submissions, including those from generative AI, has resulted in longer waiting times for review. Your feedback regarding the importance of not posting my work as generative AI is duly noted and I will take necessary measures to ensure that my search position and sales are not negatively affected.
I appreciate your assistance in this matter and would be grateful for any additional advice or guidance you may have.

The culprits for your waiting time are the massive submissions of generative AI. Some contributors submitted a thousand assets in a row.
I would put 3D render in the title (after acceptance, so that users immediately see that your asset is not AI)
