I am still waiting for the release of my disposable income. The 45 days after the first sale have passed. I still do not have the possibility to recover the money
Can you help me to understand what is blocking me?

Your first sale was April 14. It has not yet been 45 days.

I'm a contributor on Adobe Stock.  My account blocked about a month or so. When I open it, it says " Your account has a validation status issue. You should Contact us. »
I sent a message three times clik on Contact us but noone respond.

Regardant votre écran publié ici, je suppose qu'Adobe a des doutes sur l'activité du compte. Mais, je ne suis pas dans les confidences des princes. La réponse a été donnée par Adobe en repli à votre demande via l'écran "Contactez-nous". Adobe répond via courriel, il vaut mieux de surveiller le dossier de pourriel.

When you post a question you always need to tell the program you are using
There are MANY programs in a full subscription, plus other non-subscription programs
Please post the exact name of the Adobe program you use so a Moderator may move this message to that forum
