Is there any reason why some files are approved faster? my JPG has been under review for 2 months, but they still accept PNG even in 7-15 days.
I heard that the files are accepted in the queue order, but it seems that is not.
It's more like they accept files that are more likely to sell, because png that include several individual objects (sets) or vector sets take up to 10 days (my personal experience)
Review times vary based on type of content submitted (Photos, Illustrations, Generative AI, Videos, etc...) and how many other assets were ahead of yours in the wait queue.
Stock receives hundreds to thousands of assets per week, so it's impossible to know how long the wait will be. Eventually, your assets will be reviewed. In the meantime, work on other projects while you wait...
I suppose it's possible that PNG's are routed into a separate queue from jpg's, perhaps because it requires specific training for the Moderators,. but we really don't know for certain.
PNG files may be checked by different moderators as they have specific issues. A PNG file cannot contain "sets", but if you mean several icons in on bigger file, that should not change the review time.

I have nothing against waiting, just wondering why PNG sets are accepted faster than single PNG objects, ( everything else is identical, just in one file there is 1 object, and in another 3-4 individual objects). I thought it was because the sets provide more value to potential buyers.

Reviewers jobs are to review as many assets as they can in the least possible time it takes.
I don't know if sets are slightly more efficient for them to assess, but that might explain why they get through them faster.
