I would like to know why is it taking too long for my files to get reviewed, it's been a month now, when in the beginning it only could take a few days to get my files reviewed. I know someone (💕) sometimes it takes for him one hour to get some of his files to be accepted.

What was no longer is. Many contributors are waiting up to 3 months or longer. When you uploaded your assets, I suspect you saw that reviews can take up to 8 weeks in any case.

I see that you're new here in the forum. There have been many, many posts on this same subject. Peruse some of those. In short, Adobe Moderators are overwhelmed with massive numbers of uploads. Review time is not predictable, and there is nothing we can do to hasten the process. Be patient.

Thank you for your answer, I am patient. We are just wondering why is it so unpredictable?

Adobe seems to be constantly reassigning their Moderation team between different teams. For a week or so in December, I got a bunch of real photographs reviewed that had been waiting for months; then those Moderators were once again reassigned away from photographs, apparently to review AI or some other asset type. I haven't had any photographs reviewed since mid-December, except for a few Illustrative Editorial submissions which always get reviewed quickly, presumably because they go to specific team member(s) trained on that asset type.

Adobe never was the fast one in the industry - but I have assets in the queue, that are sitting there 26 weeks! 26! That is 182 days! That can't be explained with a shortage of personel anymore. And it is not even doubtful material - just simple RF imagery. But contacting support only gives me standard answers like "expect 8 weeks" ... well, I wish it were 8 weeks only.

Many Contributors have reported getting assets "stuck" at the back of their queue and not reviewed after many months of waiting. I have 12 that go back to June 2024. It has been suggested that you delete and resubmit those. I have started doing that on a few of the oldest ones.
