Boa tarde.
It seems that perhaps you haven't read the Adobe Stock Learn & Support help pages regarding the quality level that is required by Adobe. This image is extremely blurry, has chromatic aberration throughout, as well as other artifacts, exposure issues, and an incorrect White Balance.

Are these scans? They are soft and need a good deal of cleaning up.

I only looked at the first image and immediately found the fault. Your image was given a fair diagnosis and was correctly rejected. High resolution does not guarantee a good photo and effects dont make a photo bad.
If you would look at your histogram you would see that the highlight clipping indicator is on.
The areas in your photo that are overlayed with red are overexposed and all detail is loss. They are pure white.
Clipping in shadows or highlights will result in a rejection.

Chromatic Aberration (aqua & red halos around black polka dots), also visible in her white skirt.
See Reasons for Rejection and Technical Issues below.

This is blurry, has a lot of chromatic aberration and spots all over which seem to be some sort of filter that you've applied. Filters are disallowed.
