The first image is over-saturated, very noisy, and the watermark is not permitted.

The second has blown out highlights, under-exposed shadows, a leaning horizon, and chromatic aberration. The watermark and frame are not permitted in stock images.

In addition, the first photo has two sensor spots on the top.

tThe second is not vehry sharp and is not level.
