Graphics that you create need a signed property release from you.

Photos that contain portions of logos, signs or names that are identifiable need a property release.

Buildings that take up much of the composition are considered a main subject and need a property release.

Also your photo have technical issues that will result in a rejection.

Here are some links to help you get a better understanding about Intellectual Property.

As @Ralph Lear said, anything designed by person other than you would need a property release.  For example, the man standing in front of the map in photo 6107.  Because the map is clearly visible, the owner / artist of that map would need to give permission for your photo to be used for commercial purposes.  Besides the map, any of the businesses with signs would also need to have releases (which is unlikely) or you would need to remove the names and logos in post processing before you could use it.  The licence plates of the vehicles would also need to be removed and the man driving the car would need to sign a model release because he is recognisable.  Because of these restrictions, street photography is very difficult to get accepted in stock photography.

On a side note, there are technical issues with your photos as well.  When you look at the photo at 100% magnification, it is extremely noisy.  It also has a colour balance issue (too yellow) and the colours are oversaturated.

If you are new to stock photography, it is well worth reading through some of the documentation identifying what stock customers require.

Good luck with your future submissions.

Opino lo mismo, que Ralph y reedesing, pero me gustaria tambien aportar mi opinion en el tema tecnico,  me da la impresion de que todas estan muy retocadas en el revelado, tal vez menos manipulacion  hubiera aportado mas naturalidad

  • First is an advert for cat fodder. That's not something that is usable as a general commercial product. In addition, the creator of the advert holds the copyright on that.
  • Second is a photograph of an artwork. The artist (Fabio Rieti?) holds the copyright on that.
  • Third is a photograph of a street scene where you clearly can read the number plates of the cars: Abambo_0-1644345243450.png

In addition, I would assume that the map is copyrighted. Furthermore, you have car logos and several business logos in the image.

  • As for the last picture, I'm not sure what the IP violation may be, but there are definitely massively technical issues on that image, as you have on all your pictures.

Your pictures have all too much noise, chromatic aberration and exposure problems. The main issue is that they are old pictures that you scanned. Older pictures, printed on photographic paper (like what we still had in the good old days of the last century) contain many "defects" that today get refusals on stock. This is in no way a critique to the eventually artistic value of those pictures. It's just, that they are not fit for inclusion in a stock database like Adobe stock.

Did you submit signed model releases by all person's depicted in your photos?

Obviously, the child's parent will need to sign a release for the child's likeness to be used commercially.  Laws to protect children from human trafficking are very strict.
